This deals with the underpinning knowledge within the Customer Service award and includes 2 days off the job training, with 1 day for revision / examination.

This deals with the underpinning knowledge within the Administration award and includes 2 days off the job training, with 1 day for revision / examination.
HEALTH & SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE COURSE
This is a one day course covering the various aspects of health & safety awareness in a typical place of work.
It is CIEH certificated.
